Il riuso con il conseguente restauro di un vecchio fienile rurale ha condotto la riflessione progettuale verso la memoria storica e culturale della copertura a falda inclinata. Il nuovo volume tende infatti ad esaltare il rapporto tra edificio e cielo, rimarcando al contempo l'eco identitario che tale scelta comporta. Le due unità immobiliari sono disposte tra loro in adiacenza con uno sviluppo lineare, attaccate alla linea di terra come il paesaggio rurale circostante.
Reuse and the consequent restoration of an old barn in rural areas has led the design reflection towards the historical and cultural memory of the sloping roof. The new volume tends to enhance the relationship between building and sky, noting at the same time the echo of identity that this choice entails. The two buildings are located adjacent to each other with a linear development, attached to the ground line as the surrounding rural landscape.
